Problem Solving.

In our time together, I want to cover what I consider essential so that you can make decisions that make sense for you to navigate the real life barriers to making change: deconflicting information, establishing sustainable habits, making informed choices in day to day life. Not only can this help you manage existing chronic disease, but it is also key to prevention and improving quality of life. Working with me will involve exploring some/all of the elements that I think are some of the most important for optimal long term health:

  • Oral and gut microbiome health

  • Metabolic health

  • Meeting vitamin and mineral needs

  • A diet rich in plants foods and polyphenols

  • Emphasizing quality in food choices to support epigenetics working in your favor

  • Attention to when and how you eat
